Abby and John's Pizza Dough

1.Heat oven to 200 degrees.
2. In a bowl, add 1/4 to 1/2 C. warm water and 2 1/4 tsp. yeast. Add sugar or honey to activate yeast. Wait 5 to 10 minutes until yeast is frothy.
3. Add a couple cups of water, 2 tsp salt and 1/2 stick of butter (chopped into tablespoons).
4. Add flour until it gets too stiff to mix with a spoon. Mix with hands until dough is smooth.
5. Cover with a towel and let rise in warmed oven (turn off heat) for 1 hour.
6. Divide dough and roll out.
7. Oil pizza pan with olive oil. Place rolled out dough on pizza pan.
8. Spread dough with olive oil and prick the dough with a fork in several places.
9. Move oven racks so one is on the bottom shelf and the other is on the top shelf in the oven.
10. Bake at 425 degrees on bottom rack of oven for 5-10 minutes. Remove from oven, add sauce, cheese and toppings. Place back in oven on top rack to bake until done.
